Holy Water Video Premiere
About the moment:
Holy Water was filmed a year ago inside Silver Seed, our immersive dome installation in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It’s a captured moment rather than a staged production. It is intimate, immediate, and full of the atmosphere of that space. Releasing it now, a year on, gives the piece a reflective, newfound quality that feels truer to the song than anything we could have planned.
"A reflection on renewal and rebirth, the song’s message and feel are reinforced by this spellbinding video, itself an effective piece of visual art." -Andrew Frolish (AUK)
About Holy Water:
“Holy Water” is a warm, pulsing meditation on release and renewal. Released on the debut LP, Bloodlines / Hope, it’s a song that moves like lifeblood, carrying themes of catharsis and the quiet revelations found in everyday existence.
Anchored by Jake Lynn and Mat Maxwell’s steady rhythmic bed, the track pairs Scott Bell’s grounded baritone lead with an airy, ascending chorus that points the listener toward transcendence. It unfolds with a koan-like patience, each phrase blooming and receding like a tide, inviting the listener into the gentle, interior work of letting go.
What begins as a simple human moment becomes a deeper reflection on shared experience: the blood, tears, and memory that bind us to one another.
Up Next: The studio is calling and new ideas are taking shape. We’re heading into pre-production for our next album and will have much more to share soon.
